Villa Roca was built in 2021 in a modern style. It has 330 m2 and is only 50 m away from the sea coast. It is suitable for a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. Villa Roca will accommodate its guests on the top floor in 3 double bedrooms, private bathrooms with a shower and a dressing room. Two of these rooms have a private balcony and the third one has s terrace. From all rooms you will be able to enjoy the view of the glittering Adriatic Sea. If you are visiting with children, a folding cot (60 × 100) is also available. The villa has two more bathrooms with showers on the ground floor and in the basement. A washing and drying machine and an iron are also available. The villa is fully air conditioned and all the bathrooms have underfloor heating.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite delicacies will be at your fingertips whenever you want. Next to the kitchen you will find a dining room with a table for 8 people and a living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV. From there you have an exit to the terrace.
On the outdoor terrace you will pamper yourself in the heated and cooled pool of 30 m2 and sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers. For a complete relaxation there is a sauna by the pool. There is also a summer kitchen with a charcoal or wood-burning fireplace and an outdoor dining table for 10 people.
In the basement there is an area with a pool table, a sofa bed and two armchairs. From there you will have a spectacular view on the outside pool through a glass wall.
The villa is fully fenced, has a beautiful garden planted with typical Dalmatian plants such as lavender, rosemary and olives, and enough space to play and have fun during the day or night in the open yard.
The villa also has a garage with one parking space and two more in the lot.
You will also be delighted by the wine cellar, where you will find bottles of various types of quality Slovenian and Dalmatian wines, as Privlaka is also known for its working winegrowers. Seafood enriches the gastronomic offer in the area, such as fresh shellfish and freshly caught fish prepared in a variety of ways. Dalmatian prosciutto and various types of cheese are also a part of the quality and rich offer in “taverns” and restaurants. Due to its location and proximity to national parks such as Paklenica, Krka waterfalls or Kornati, you have many opportunities for various day trips, maybe visiting the famous sea organ.
